Friendly staff! My teeth are getting straighter all the time, and no one knows I’m wearing Instaliners unless I tell them. So much more comfortable than metal bands and wires. I did that in my youth and I still remember the discomfort. Years later, my teeth migrated out of line. Dr. Payne is setting them straight (literally).

Dr. Brian W. Payne is a trusted orthodontist with over 30 years of experience serving families in Santa Rosa, California. Inspired by his father, who founded Payne Orthodontics in 1959, Dr. Payne pursued dentistry at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni Dental School and completed his orthodontic residency at UCSF. He stays at the forefront of his field through participation in exclusive study groups like the Edward H. Angle Society and the Peninsula Orthodontic Research Group.
Known for his compassionate care and strong community ties, Dr. Payne also teaches at the University of the Pacific and has led major fundraising efforts for dental education, including the Healthy Smiles for Healthy Lives Campaign. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Leslie Jue, their two children, and their dogs, Iggy and Hobbes. Outside the office, he can be found skiing, hiking, gardening, or woodworking in his shop.
