Best Orthodontist in Sonoma County! For those seeking out orthodontics for either adults or children, this is the place to go. Their attention to detail and thoroughness was quite impressive. They spent the extra time creating multiple treatment plan options specifically catered to my case and answered all my questions. They even have a dog that hangs out at the office making you feel at ease.
Friendly staff and experienced doctors. They tell the truth rather than just try to sell their services!! My son needs work in 2 years and they didn’t try to make it happen now. I really appreciate that honesty. Very happy with them!!!

Friendly staff! My teeth are getting straighter all the time, and no one knows I’m wearing Instaliners unless I tell them. So much more comfortable than metal bands and wires. I did that in my youth and I still remember the discomfort. Years later, my teeth migrated out of line. Dr. Payne is setting them straight (literally).
Super friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing doctors and staff. Great technology (3D x-rays and digital treatment plans). The office is clean and inviting, and they have super friendly and cute hypoallergenic dogs. 😊 No complaints whatsoever! …
