In 1959, Dr. George Payne, one of the first practicing orthodontists in Santa Rosa, opened his orthodontic practice. His son, Dr. Brian Payne, joined his father in the practice more than 30 years ago and was the first orthodontist to open an office in Windsor. Now Dr. Brian Payne’s daughter, Dr. Jacqui Payne, has joined the family practice, and shares her father’s and grandfather’s vision of transforming people’s smiles to improve their oral health and self-confidence.
