In 1959, Dr. George Payne, one of the first practicing orthodontists in Santa Rosa, opened his practice. His son, Dr. Brian Payne, joined more than 30 years ago and became the first orthodontist to open an office in Windsor. Today Dr. Brian's daughter, Dr. Jacqui Payne, carries the same vision into its third generation.

After 60+ years of treating Sonoma County residents, we now have the pleasure of seeing multi-generational families: former patients bringing their children, and their children's children, to the practice they grew up with.
