Braces for kids, without the tears

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends a first orthodontic evaluation around age 7. Ours is free, and if your child is not ready yet, we monitor their growth at no charge until the timing is right.

Phase 1 braces, only when they help

Phase 1 (interceptive) braces guide jaw growth, correct crossbites, and make room for adult teeth while your child is still growing. Done at the right moment, early treatment can shorten or even prevent a second phase of braces later.

We are honest about timing. Parents regularly tell us in reviews that we told them their child did NOT need treatment yet. That honesty has kept Sonoma County families coming back for three generations.

Frequently asked questions

At what age should my child see an orthodontist?

Around age 7. Most kids will not need treatment that young, but the free evaluation lets us catch crossbites, crowding and airway concerns while growth can still be guided.

How much do kids braces cost?

Payment plans start at $149 a month with in-house 0% financing. Your free consultation includes exact pricing before you commit to anything.

What if my child is not ready yet?

We enroll them in our Family Care Program: complimentary observation visits and a screening panorex at no charge until the timing is right.

Do kids need metal braces, or are there other options?

Metal braces are the workhorse for kids, and colored bands make them fun. Ceramic braces and Invisalign First are options for the right cases.

Ready to love your smile?

Your first visit is 100% free: exam, consultation and digital X-ray. Braces or Invisalign payment plans start at $149 per month.
